Q: What types of china do you supply?

A: We supply porcelain and fine bone china mugs, plates, tiles, thimbles etc. - for a wide range of customers. We also have a full range of robust vitrified porcelain products for cafes and restaurants - see our other website Cafe Expressions for full details.

Q: Are the designs permanent?

A: The designs are printed in ceramic inks that are bonded with the glazed mug at 800 degrees C. This ensures a permanent design that is both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Our standard delivery time is 21 days from confirmation of order, having checked your design and artwork. All our products are bespoke designs which are created to order; if delivery is delayed for any reason then we will contact you ASAP.

Retail orders placed through our Ebay shop are delivered within 5-10 days.

Q: How are products despatched?

A: We deliver directly to you within the BH postcode area, for the rest of the UK our normal despatch is by Parcelforce or Royal Mail parcel post. All products are securely packaged, however, being a breakable item, there is always the risk of damage. If any item is damaged in transit then return it to us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement.
